All taxes, service fees, and shipping fees are included in your package price.

25% Down Payment Plans are available for Hotel Packages!

The default option is full payment, so if you’d like to use a Payment Plan, you must select it at checkout. See details below:

Payment Plan Details

• Available for hotel packages only.

• Structure: 25% down payment + 3 monthly installments, ending on March 30th.

• Once a Payment Plan is initiated, the down payment percentage and number of installments cannot be changed. However, Payment Plan options for future purchases may change—check the policy before booking.

• Payment Plans may not be offered closer to the festival. Book early to secure your plan.

Important Payment Info

• If a scheduled installment fails, your card will be recharged automatically 7 days later. If it fails again, a third attempt will occur 7 days after that.

• Failure to complete Payment Plan installments will result in cancellation of your package and is subject to a $50 per item re-stocking fee. No exceptions.

• You are responsible for managing your Payment Plan and verifying charges on your credit card or bank statements. To update your payment method, log into your Head Trip Hospitality account HERE.

• All purchases are final. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• 2-Night Packages begin with a Saturday check-in; 3-Night Packages begin with a Friday check-in. All packages include accommodations for Saturday and Sunday night.

• Shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations will be conveniently located throughout the valley. Some hotels may require a short walk or rideshare to the nearest stop. Exact locations will be shared closer to the festival lineup announcement.

• Select hotels are 21+. Review your specific package details before purchasing.

  • 3-Night Stay: Check-In Friday, October 9 | Check-Out Monday, October 12

• 2-Day GA or VIP Head Trip 2026 Passes for your group

• Head Trip Shuttle passes for your group

VIP Passes Include:

• Allows entry into the venue and VIP area all weekend

• The VIP Area is located adjacent to the main stage with specialty food & drink vendors, flushable restrooms, shaded seating areas and full no host bars.
