Hotel Packages
Head Trip is a two day event starting on Saturday October 10, 2026, and concludes after the performances end on Sunday October 11, 2026.
Three-night packages check in on Friday, October 9th and check out on Monday, October 12th.
Two-night packages check in on Saturday, October 10th and check out on Monday, October 12th.
Head Trip is an +18 event; however, our partner hotels have their own check-in age requirements.
Most hotels require the primary guest to be 18+, while some properties require 21+. Additional guests may be under 18, but they may not attend the event.
Please review your specific package details before purchasing.
Many hotels do have shuttle stops, and those that don't are located within close proximity to a stop. Stops are conveniently located throughout the valley but may not be directly at your hotel. You may need to walk or rideshare to the nearest stop.

Your festival wristband and shuttle passes will be sent via mobile delivery closer to the event date by AXS. Please log into your AXS account for more information.
To add additional nights to your hotel package, you will need to book those nights directly with the hotel. Please note, the front desk will most likely not have your Hotel Package reservation information yet.
Once you’ve booked the additional night(s), please reach out to our Guest Services Team with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations.
Please note - While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.
Hotel occupancy is based on the package sold, for either two, three, or four guests. We cannot allow additional people above the package occupancy to occupy the rooms.
Standard hotel check-in times apply and are often not guaranteed until 3pm or 4pm. Our hotel contacts have assured us that they will do everything in their power to get our guests’ rooms ready as early as possible, however it is unlikely that a hotel check-in would occur prior to 12pm.
If you would like to head to the festival before your room is ready, the hotel will gladly hold your luggage until you return from the festival that evening.
Please contact our Guest Services team HERE after purchasing and we will do our best to put you next to, or as close as possible to, your friends. Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you call. Please note: proximity requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
All hotel packages include Head Trip Shuttle passes to take you to the festival and back each day. Head Trip Shuttle pick-up/drop locations will be at convenient stops in the valley; however, the exact location and shuttle timing will be provided in the pre-event email we send before your check-in date.
Please note - All hotels will serve as a direct Head Trip Shuttle pick-up stop and you may need to walk or rideshare to the closest shuttle pick-up location. Shuttle stops can be viewed HERE.
Shuttle passes are not transferable and cannot be reissued if lost. Once you have it in hand, it should be treated as cash, and you must pay to replace it, pending availability.
While we have taken many precautions to circumvent festival traffic, we cannot account for area traffic or weather delays. We have several routes to and from the grounds that avoid most festival traffic and will get you there and back as quickly as possible.
Peak shuttle times going to the festival are from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and peak times leaving the festival are from 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM. If you are riding during these times, you may experience extended wait times.
Our number one priority is to get all guests safely to and from their destination.
Please contact our Guest Services Team with your request and we'd be happy to pass your accommodation needs along to the hotel on your behalf.
Yes! Our ticketing partner offers optional ticket protection insurance through XCover.
This coverage will be available to add to your order during the checkout process.

All packages are sold as non-refundable. However, transfers are available until Friday, September 25th, 2026.

To request a name change or transfer, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services Team. Please include the full name and email address of the transfer recipient.
Transfers are free within the first 24 hours of purchase; a $100.00 fee applies after that window.

Payment Plans
Yes – you can break up the cost of any Hotel Package by taking advantage of our payment plan at the time of purchase! Split up your purchase into six (6) equal payments. The payment plan option must be selected during the checkout process and cannot be applied after an order has been submitted. There is a $50 per person fee to join the payment plan.
Only one credit card can be used to make the initial payment and that card will be automatically charged for all future installments.

You are responsible for managing your Payment Plan and verifying charges on your credit card or bank statements. To update your payment method, please log into your Head Trip Hospitality account HERE.
If a scheduled installment fails, your card will be recharged automatically 7 days later. If it fails again, a third attempt will occur 7 days after that. Failure to complete any scheduled installment may result in cancellation of your package and is subject to a $50 per item re-stocking fee.
Please note: We will honor the 14 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation earlier.
Shuttles
Shuttles to Head Trip will run from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, return service will end 60 minutes after music ends. Shuttle stop locations can be viewed HERE.
Stops range from about 5 to 25 miles away from the Polo Grounds, without traffic. While we have taken many precautions to circumvent festival traffic, we cannot account for area traffic or weather delays. However, we have several routes to and from the grounds that avoid most festival traffic and will get you there and back as quickly as possible every time. Please refer to our website for the most up-to-date list of shuttle stops for each weekend. Times will be available closer to the festival. All stop locations can be viewed HERE.

While we are unable to guarantee restrooms on the shuttles, there will be restrooms as soon as you get off the bus in our shuttle lot.
It is just about a 10-minute walk from the shuttle lot to the entrance!
Yes, we do have wheelchair accessible shuttles. Please reach out to our Guest Services team at HERE with your information and hotel as soon as possible, so we can best accommodate you.
We cannot guarantee lift-equipped shuttles will be available if the request is received less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
All shuttle lines will be clearly marked with the properties that the specific line is going to. There will also be Head Trip staff to direct you to the correct loading area. Your shuttle line will be labeled clearly.
Any items found on the shuttle will be brought to the festival’s main lost and found
We cannot accurately predict exactly how long it will be, but please be assured that we will work very hard to get the buses out as quickly as possible. Again, it is our goal to keep you satisfied throughout the weekend. We will have our full fleet of vehicles running directly after the show to get you back to your hotel in a timely manner.

Our shuttle passes will most likely be sold out by the time Head Trip rolls around, so we encourage you to purchase your passes early.
